This protection shield conforms with the form of the round shields that we know from the Etruscans already. It is meticulously handmade of steel and brass.
The sizes: diameter 44 cm / 17.3 inches. It is slightly curved, about 10 cm / 4 inches. Weight: 1.8 kg / 3.96 pounds.
Decorated with 17 brass rosettes and many iron nails that have been riveted to the metal of the shield. The handle at the back has got a slot to attach the shield to a wall as a decoration piece.
The shield is high gloss polished and slightly oiled to protect it from getting rusty.
