I am offering a Greek helmet of the hellenistic period (4th to 2nd cent.BC) in original size.
It fits head sizes up to a maximum hat size of 62 cms.(24.5") nicely.
It was handmade from steel with a bronze finish and weighs abt. 1,6 kgs.(3.5 lbs).
Beware !
I have seen identical helmets being offered to be made from bronze and they actually look like that.However, they are made from steel and have an artificial bronze finish only.
