I am selling an authentic copy of this medieval helmet in original size.This style of helmet is known from the armor of Archduke Sigmund of Tyrol, supposedly made by Lorenz Helmschmied in Augsburg, Germany, in 1480. See photo :
It fits the head quite nicely (it is 26 cms/10 inches high, 22 cms/8.5inches wide and 41 cms/16 inches long, due to its articulated long tail).
It was handmade from 18 gauge steel and weighs abt. 3.5 kgs./ 7.5 lbs.
