Apart from the axe the sword we are selling was one of the main weapons used by the vikings when they fought their battles from Scandinavia to Britain and the European continent until they finally settled in Northern France.
The sword has a curved hand guard (quillon) 11 cms (4.5 inches) long, cast brass pommel and wooden grip wrapped with leather.
