The ivory of the fairy figurine body looks deceptingly real; it is not of course.
The clock has a quarz movement for one 1.5V battery. For a battery change the clock can simply be taken out (see 2nd photo).
There is a manufacturer emblem at the base which reads "O.T.T." - we cannot yet interpret the provenance.
