am selling an authentic copy of a medieval helmet in original size. This style of helmet was used in many European countries in the 16th and 17th century and is called "Cabasset". It is an open-faced helmet characterised by its pear shaped top.
It fits the head quite nicely (width 21 cms/8.1/4 inch, length 23.5 cms/9.1/4 inch).
It was handmade in India from 18 gauge steel and weighs a little over 3 lbs.
